The United Way of Southern West Virginia’s 2027 grant funding application will open on March 23, 2026.
The deadline is 5:00 p.m., May 29, 2026.
Agencies applying for funding must hold 501c3 status and have obtained that for at least two years.
There is one application, as we no longer categorize Safety Net or Community Impact funding. Requests are limited to $25,000.
United Way of Southern WV does not fund recreational or youth sports leagues or complexes, parks and recreation, libraries, foundations, salaries or benefits, animal services, capital improvements, religious organizations, governmental entities, or organizations outside our geographical area.
